get.chat WhatsApp Web Inbox¶
The get.chat Web Inbox (or Team Inbox) is a shared, multi-agent interface for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages — and the frontend of the get.chat Integration API. Everything the inbox does (messages, contacts, tags, templates, media) is available programmatically, and the inbox UI itself is open source and embeddable in your own product.
Two ways to use it:
Build on it. Talk to the Integration API directly, or embed and white-label the open-source frontend. Start with the Quickstart and the Developer Guides.
Use it out of the box. The hosted inbox gives your support or customer-care team a ready-made shared dashboard for responding to customers over WhatsApp from multiple devices at once — no code required. It consists of the Admin Panel for inbox owners and the Web App for agents.
